Efficient automotive recycling begins first and foremost with the volume reduction and separation of metallic and non-metallic components. Our two-shaft shredders are used by car recyclers both as mobile shredders with diesel drive and as stationary recycling systems with electric operation. They are the ideal solution for pre-shredding, as they can effectively process both car bodies and engine blocks. Our shredders are also suitable for shredding tires from a wide range of vehicle types, such as car tires, truck tires, EM tires and AS tires.
In Germany, several million tonnes of end-of-life vehicles are produced every year, the proper disposal of which is essential for environmental protection. According to the Federal Environment Agency, over 90% of materials from end-of-life vehicles are recycled.
