The ARJES TITAN 900 e-pu / d-pu is one of the most powerful stationary shredding systems from ARJES GmbH. The machine is specifically designed for industrial recycling plants with high material throughput requirements. Powered by either two 250 kW electric motors or an optional 405 kW diesel engine, the shredder achieves maximum throughput when processing demanding materials such as commercial waste, aluminium, CFRP and GFRP waste, rubber, and end-of-life tyres.
Thanks to the separate shredding and drive units, the machine can be flexibly integrated into existing recycling lines or used as a standalone pre-shredding solution. The TITAN 900 e-pu / d-pu therefore offers a high-performance solution for operators of stationary plants who rely on efficiency and robust technology.

Separate drive and control unit

By physically separating the shredding unit from the control unit at a distance of up to 6 metres, vibrations are significantly reduced. In addition, less dust and contamination reaches the control system.

Thanks to the innovative ARJES quick-change cassette, maintenance, refurbishment, and changing the shaft type can be completed in no time, ensuring uninterrupted operation.

Hydraulically adjustable counter combs

The final particle size is regulated by opening or closing the counter combs. This adjustment option allows the machine’s throughput to be set according to customer requirements and the material being processed.
