ARJES founds ARJES IMPAKTOR GmbH and takes over EuRec Environmental Technology GmbH<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tSince its foundation, ARJES has stood for innovative product developments in the field of industrial shredding technology as well as for a successful corporate strategy. Once again, the mechanical engineering company from Leimbach shows determination to satisfy the requirements of the recycling industry and its own growth course by sending out a strong signal to customers and business partners. \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tAs a first step for better future development, ARJES plans to bundle its competencies even more effectively. Due to the consistently high demand and increasing competitive pressure in the mobile compact class sector, it was decided to establish a separate company for this purpose. From now on, under the leadership of the main shareholder, Mr. Norbert Hammel, and the new management, Mrs. Isabell Hammel, Mr. Hammel’s daughter, the core business of the diesel-mobile two-shaft shredder IMPAKTOR is covered by ARJES IMPAKTOR GmbH at the established location in Leimbach. \n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tFurthermore, the existing premises were no longer adequate for further development and day-to-day business. New capacity-related solutions also had to be found for the EKOMAXX and TITAN product lines. For this reason, in recent months there have been several conversations with the company EuRec Environmental Technology GmbH and its shareholder, WELLE Environmental Group Co., Ltd. in Changzhou, China. The regional proximity, the decades of competence in the manufacture of two-shaft shredders, and the structural and logistic equipment of the location in Merkers fit perfectly with the expansion plans of ARJES GmbH.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

EuRec is a medium-sized mechanical engineering company from Thuringia. Originally founded as a product of HAREMA (Hammel Recycling Maschinenbau GmbH), it has specialized in the manufacture of waste treatment technology since its origin in 1995. \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tIn the next few weeks, ARJES GmbH intends to relocate its headquarters to the new location in Merkers.<\/strong> This includes the management, administration, engineering, service and manufacture of the entire product portfolio, with the exception of the mobile machine type IMPAKTOR. Aim of the acquisition of the company EuRec is specialization, standardization and, above all, the urgently needed increase in productivity. By the additional personnel and production capacity, ARJES can keep its delivery times significantly shorter in the future and continue to live up to its philosophy of offering recycling machines at the best price-performance ratio in the industry. \n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Since ARJES exclusively manufactures two-shaft shredders with asynchronous operation, machines of the EuRec brand will be offered with synchronous operation. The current EuRec product portfolio will undergo a revision and be updated in the coming months. Additionally, with WELLE Environmental Group Co., Ltd. in Changzhou, China, ARJES was able to secure a strong partner who will provide the company<\/a> with strategic support and, with its sales partners, will act as the exclusive dealer for ARJES and EuRec in China and large parts of Southeast Asia in the future.
