For 50 years all the big names in the environment technology industry regularly meet at IFAT in Munich – the world’s leading trade fair for water, sewage, waste and raw materials management. In its anniversary year approximately 138,000 visitors from 170 countries came to the Bavarian capital to participate in this years event – an impressive result!
Solutions for C&D and Raw Material Processing
With the stone crusher Impaktor 250 and the universal shredder VZ 850 DK, ARJES presented a powerful duo for versatile applications. Particular interest was given to the recently introduced Two-Shaft Double Jaw Breaker of the new Impaktor series! Its innovative two-stage crushing system allows for efficient processing of construction & demolition waste and debris in a single operation.
The other machine on display was the primary shredder VZ 850 DK, that had just been sold to the British company Hadfield Wood Recyclers right before the show. It will take on its duty of waste wood processing near Manchester in the near future.
VDMA Practical Days
In the outdoor area the German Engineering Federation (VDMA) hosted a special event for different shredding and sorting technologies from different manufacturers to be experienced LIVE and up close. ARJES had a primary shredder type VZ 850 D on display that managed its day to day crushing job in various materials with flying colors. Despite the often changing weather conditions Head of Sales Elke Ernest bravely led the curious audience through the program.
